In the world of cybersecurity, Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions have become the ultimate playground for problem solvers — a thrilling way to test real-world hacking, cryptography, and system defense skills in a safe and ethical environment. It doesn’t just challenge you to think like an attacker, it trains you to become better defenders as well.

After the success of our 2023 edition, Trust Lab’s CTF is back for 2025. What began as a pilot among IIT Bombay students has evolved into a national-level cybersecurity challenge, attracting some of the brightest minds across the country. This year promises a fresh set of puzzles, tougher challenges, and exciting rewards!

ONLINE CTF DATE: November 15, 2025 | TIME: 10:00AM  – 5:00 PM IST

OFFLINE CTF DATE: December 12-13, 2025

Participants must register either individually, or in teams of two. If a team is selected for the final round, both team members are required to travel to IIT Bombay — teams with only one member present will not be permitted to participate.

The 2025 Trust Lab CTF will follow a two-stage format designed to identify and reward the most skilled cybersecurity minds. The first round, an online qualifier, will be held on 15 November, where participants will tackle a diverse range of challenges.

The top-performing teams and individuals from this round will advance to the grand finale, to be held offline at IIT Bombay on 12-13 December, as part of Trust Summit 2025. Finalists will get the chance to compete in person, interact with experts, and experience the energy of a live cybersecurity competition on campus.

Selected participants will be notified via email, and the list of finalists will also be published on this page.
